Happy residents of Hellas were glorifying Demeter, the goddess of fertility, who had given a rich harvest to their land. Helladians arranged a holiday to honor Demeter and prepared a basket full of groceries, which they left in front of the temple. People hoped that the goddess would appreciate their efforts. But the situation changed unexpectedly. By the time Demeter arrived, the basket had been empty…
A hungry black kitten swallowed all meat, cheese, butter, olives, sausages and washed it down with cream. One little creature became happier, but the goddess at that moment was furious. She brought her terrible wrath down on Hellas, and the nature turned on people. Their land became empty, all settlements were destroyed, and the roads were blocked. Wherever you go, you will see debris, fallen trees, demolished bridges… Moreover, mythical monsters and dangerous plants started to appear everywhere. Young Megara decided to help Helladians. She went to Demeter in order to convince the goddess to replace her rage with mercy. This journey is going to be dangerous, but interesting. The trip won’t be short and smooth as you will have to experience both heat and cold. But Megara will be backed up by loyal friends who will support her not only with advice, but really help her in practice.
