This was a nice "darkish" game. Liked the story and gameplay but the game itself was too short. Finished main and bonus in less than 4 hours. The Collector's Edition basically only had a bonus chapter, no extras like morphing objects, extra games to play that weren't in the main game etc...

I love this game. I played this game in my childhood and I love it. I really wish they make another sequel. You must play it.

This is a great sequel to a great game. As with the first one, it is awesomely creepy, with good music and a surprisingly dark story. There were fewer hidden object scenes in this one, but more puzzles, and the puzzles were a lot of fun.

It's been a while since I played the first Stray Souls game, but I have played it enough times to note that this second game, Stolen Memories, is definitely a lot better than the original. The first one was just too dark for my taste. Although the storyline is quite similar (in both cases, the husband disappeared - in the first one, the wife went looking for him, whereas in this one, she has to look for her daughter as well as the husband), this one was presented much better. The characters are a lot better-looking as well, and so is the voice-acting.
The Bonus Chapter does a good job of connecting the main stories of both the original game and this sequel. However, it was a bit silly the way the developers actually did it - a Secret Agent is sent by the government to pick up the dolls because of their magical abilities... Since when does the government believe in magic?! And the agent doesn't even know how to land a plane safely?! And the voice actor for "Ben" was rather bad...
In short, I liked the main game, but the Bonus Chapter was a bit too silly for me, except for the connection it provided between the original and the sequel's main games.

Overall good game ..I liked it .. Game play is good. Graphics are good. Like the map and being able to click to where you need to go. Not many HOGs … would have liked to see more. Story is okay… One thing that took away from the game for me was the Mom … if I’m looking for my daughter and husband I am not going to be hanging on to my purse like I’m going shopping.. ditch the purse…give her a backpack if you have to give her something.. at least it would be more realistic.. That is just a personal opinion … The game itself was enjoyable…

I love this game because I am a big fan of horror movies and this is a scary as any horror movie that I've ever seen. It's on the scary level of the first Exorcist movie and probably a bit scarier. Every time that I clicked on an item I would pucker up because I never knew what kind of horror would occur from my clicking on the item. Man it's so scary that it made my little brother cry and he wanted to sleep in my parents bedroom so that he would not have nightmares-needless to say that after our parents went to bed, I started playing it again and since we share a room, he was a sissy scared and stuff. I haven't finished the game yet but do plan to. This one is a must have if you like spooky, horror type of game but only if you have the guts because this is a scary game.

What a creepy, incredible game. The graphics, music and storyline are great. The puzzles were enjoyable, and the hidden object scenes were easy on the eyes and not too plentiful (just the way I like it). With a satisfying ending to wrap it all up, I highly recommend this game.
