Review based on completed game in TIMED mode (there is also a RELAXED mode which has no time limit).
Everyone has a different opinion of how long a game should be to be "worthy"; GARDENSCAPES passes the bar for me as it took me 6½ hours to "complete" (that means buying all the upgrades to the garden); you can keep playing afterwards if you like and still earn money. I would estimate having gone thru over 200 scenes.
There are 15 different rooms, which means each is visited many times; many of the objects are relocated plus the list of 20 items for your customers also changes.
The objects are crisp, and the scenes typically well lit.
Try it for 1 or 2 scenes and you'll get a good sense of what the game is like; as with every game from this developer, graphics are bright and fun.
Played on my Windows 10 PC without any issue.

Items are small, blurry and hard to locate. The Hint Button is totally USELESS! As if I don't know what a guitar looks like? How is an image of the item going to help me if I cannot find it in the picture? The ticks at the bottom are back to front! Mistakes such as these are inexcusable! And worst of all, you have to CLICK on every lot of coins you earned to collect them. Why not just skim over them to collect them? I guess they developers didn't put any thought into that!
Half way through I just wanted to the Game to end. I would certainly not play it again!

What a great game - I NEVER play Hidden Object Games but this was fun & enjoyable. I finished the garden & still had lots of stuff to sell. I wish I could have made a 2nd garden. I like Austin - he did sound disappointed when I made a choice for garden items - saw the change when he looked @ the item.
Garden looked great - I finished the game & very proud of myself.
