When Mother Nature is at its worst, the rescue team must do their best. Rescue with the rescue team and build new infrastructure in place of the ruins after earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions. While you repair bridges and roads, rebuild factories and houses, and send doctors and rescue dogs to the sick and injured, you have to manage your resources at the same time. Quickly command your fleet of machines, helicopters, motor boats, planes and trains and you will win the golden trophy! (Editor)

So much for the background. In summary, it's actually easy. You just have to collect material to restore and upgrade buildings. With the produced resources you save people and animals. Much better done than the last part. There is even something to puzzle over here, as some LvL need a good plan to find the right path.

Very well done level design with well placed resources and locks. Great animation and a reasonably good story.

Since this game is very child-friendly, it is also a clear tip for parents.
