A different type of time management game. This is a real deal. You need to build relevant buildings at the right time. What if you build a gas station that provides fuel, but you are experiencing a shortage of wood, and you have chopped all the tree stumps? There is no more wood to build other buildings. Some tasks need to be completed within a specific time. Once you finish those time-based tasks, you can just take your time to rescue animals and other survivors even though they always sound urgent in rescuing the victims.
One of the setbacks is the loading of the game is really slow…Another is that it is hard to reach the area at the bottom of the screen if you zoom out of the game.

Game is entertaining for a while, although the levels get very samey. But about half way thru I hit an issue where I can't don any of the missions without "blue Beakers" and I can't find a way to earn any more "blue beakers". I have 100% or close to 100% on all the levels. Annoying.

Assemble a team of emergency specialists and help people in need around the world. With earthquakes, floods, industrial accidents, and volcanic eruptions to contend with, there's plenty to keep you busy!
Gain experience to upgrade your base, train your people to craft vital equipment in the engineering department and vaccines in the lab, and send out vehicles to assist in land, air and sea operations.

This is all from the publisher and fully describes the game. The game is reminiscent of the 120-acre training ground at Disaster City, Texas.
The game simulates accidents and catastrophes of all kinds. In order to survive you have to put together a team.
You do this by making training centers and scientific institutes available. In which you develop new rescue equipment and medicinal substances. Your team is growing and the tasks are becoming more difficult. You then perform the actual actions on cards that are really good. The game is also exceptionally well done in everything. A great game.

I like the new format. I don't like the constant tutorial/hints that pop up. They are annoying.

How come you aren't able to get enough education points to train the rangers for the last mission? I have played three times now and each time it is 800 points short. I feel cheated that I paid for the collector's edition and can't even complete the game!

How do we disable the hints? Even in the Expert mode it gives hints. Too much.
