The century-old Truce is desecrated when someone tries to assassinate the Elven king! Peace and common sense are hanging by a very thin thread and the wildfire of hatred and chaos is threating to swallow Five Races of the Realm. One person has duty to stay reasonable and self-collected and remind all others to the vows they made hundered years ago!

That person is Maximus Pax and he's our her to be! Our hero is going to war not to win it but to stop it! His weapon is not a sword nor a bow and arrow but the power of the Sacred Truce!

Being the member of the Peacekeeper's guild, he's the only person with the power and authority to stop the world from falling into decay and destruction! But a hero's journey has more than one obstacle to it! To save a centry-old peace he'll need to uncover a century-old mystery!

Gameplay / Story
The great peacekeeper Maximus Pax has a difficult job. The elves accuse the people of Saddletown for attacking their king! But the mayor of Saddletown knows nothing. The peace that has ruled the Five Realms all these years is threatening to overturn. You must accompany Maximus on his mission, find out what is really behind the tumult and restore sacred peace. You solve some jigsaw puzzles / quaint pictures and find one or the other collectible on your journey.

I have now played the first four from the series. No idea what it has to do with a queen. There was no queen and the alchemist of 2 and 3 was also gone. The lore of this one had nothing do with the previous ones.

I don't like it when the items I have to find are of the type "find 12 of the same, all hidden behind other items". The riddles were all very simple and the bonus chapter even repeated one exactly (the ingredients just had different colors).

Positive to say: it was a bit longer than the previous 3 games. And it didn't have some of the really bad German translation errors that the previous ones had. It's really hard to find the item if the word is wrong. Fpr example in English a "pipe" can be a tool to smoke with and a tool water flows through. In German they do not have the same name at all.

To be clear to you first, the reason I gave this game thumb's up was because there is no choice between thumb's up and down. My complaint of this game is the title: Queen's Quest and the quests in the game have nothing to do with any queen. I am disappointed. The story has nothing special and so have many hidden object games. The hidden objects and puzzles are easy to be solved. The game has a bonus game after you finish the main one. If you like hidden object games, then this game could be for you when you have time to spare.

I really enjoyed playing through Queen's Quest 4: Sacred Truce! It is a very well polished game! The mini games are simple enough not to cause any frustration and the hidden object scenes provide enough of a challenge for when you just want to relax. I enjoyed the story and appreciated some of the intrigue as otherwise it was way too easy to spot the villain. I loved the story in the bonus chapter and wished there'd been more. Any criticism is really very minor and does not take away from the great quality of this game!
